Deliveries and return shipments are always without costs for the whole of Europe, you may exchange or you will get your money back. If we receive your order before 5.00 pm, we will ship it on the same working day (Monday to Friday), and as a general rule you will receive your order within 3-4 days.



No delivery charges

BeauBags ships all orders within Europe for free.

If you want to have an order delivered outside Europe, we would kindly ask you to contact us beforehand. 

Ship with DPD

We ship with DPD, professional and reliable. You can follow your shipment with Track & Trace so that you can see where your package is on its journey.

No return costs

If a product in your order is not to your liking for any reason, you can return it to us without giving us a reason, and completely free. Return shipment of your order is simple, and can be accomplished by sticking the included return sticker on the box and leave the package at a  DPD parcelshop. Repayment of your purchase amount, or crediting your credit card, is done within 2 to 5 working days after we have received your return shipment.

Receiving your order quickly

An order we receive on working days before 10.00 pm, which has an approved payment, will be shipped on the same day. Your order is delivered within 2 to 4 working days. If you place your order on a weekend, we will ship it on Monday.

30 days cooling-off right

Your satisfaction is our most important priority. That is why you can return your order to us up to 30 days after you have received it, for free, without giving a reason, with the help of the return sticker included.

Simple returns

Returning orders is very simple. Fill in the return form included, check your information on the back and edit this if necessary. Include the return form with the product you are returning and stick the return sticker on the box. Bring the package to the DPD parcelshop and you will have your purchase amount returned to you automatically.

Repayment of the purchase amount

Repayment of your purchase amount, or crediting your credit card, is done within 2 to 5 working days after we have received your return shipment.

Exchange

In case you would like to exchange the article, naturally we will also cover the shipment costs of your new order.
