This beautiful designed Topo Designs Klettersack is the best-seller and most famous backpack from Topo Designs. An ideal travel companion for the daily hike in the hills or taking with you on one of your trips. This backpack looks as stylish around campus as it does heading into a business meeting, hiking up the trail, or getting out of town.
FEATURES
Built to handle any environment with a natural canvas, heavy-duty plastic hardware and a YKK zipper. Comes with two side pockets for carrying water bottles or extra gear which can be cinched tight with the side compression straps, a zippered top flap pocket, padded shoulder straps reinforced with seatbelt webbing, top carry handle and a ice axe loop. A drawstring closure that is covered by the top lid keeps your gear snug. Undoing the drawstring and loosening the lid straps allows you to fit more in if waterproofing isn’t important. Inside you can find a large main compartment with an internal sleeve to fits most 15" laptops and an internal zipped pocket to store your valuables safely.
12 oz natural cotton canvas and Horween leather is used for the exterior and coated pack cloth for an entirely lined inner compartment. Natural leather lash tabs are perfect for securing extra gear or attaching a bike light.

The density of the nylon Topo use, coated zipper backing, and pack cloth lining mean that this Klettersack is weatherproof and will keep your gear dry for everyday purposes — pretty much anything except for activities like kayaking or scuba diving where you'll need a true dry bag. Some of them have additional water-resistance thanks to features like taped seams, waterproof-zippers and DWR treatment. The Klettersack can handle just about anything short of full submersion. We like to think of them as “downpour-proof”.
