Are returns free?

You can return your European Union (EU)-order for free within the cooling-off period of 60 days. Free returns apply to EU orders only. Please be aware that orders outside the European Union cannot be returned.

 

Within how many days can I return my order?

Your satisfaction is our most important priority. That is why you can return your order (only EU-orders) to us until 60 days after you have received it, for free, without giving a reason.

 

How do I return my order?

Returning orders is very simple.
Request a return label at our return label request page.
Please include your name, order number and the product(s) you want to return.
You will then receive a DPD return label and a return form by e-mail within 24 hours.

Print out the return label and paste it on the box.
Make sure that the label we used to send your order is no longer visible.

Check your information on return form and edit this if necessary.
Include this form with the product (s) you are returning.

Bring the package to a DPD Pickup parcelshop.
You can find all information about DPD Pickup parcelshop Finder at: www.dpd.co.uk/apps/shopfinder/. We recommend that you always provide a proof of postage*.

 

How long will it take for my payment to be refunded?

Refunds are processed within 2 to 5 working days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few days longer before the payment has been processed. What happens during these 5 days? Our quality team checks if all the returned articles comply with the conditions of our returns policy. As said before, take into account that international customs charges and taxes for shipments outside the EU will not be compensated.

 

To which account will my payment be refunded?

The payment will be refunded to the account that the money was withdrawn from. It is not possible to use another account for this.

 

Can I exchange an article?

You can exchange every article for another colour or model. Exchanging articles is free of charge the first time (EU-only). Every next return or exchange shipment within the same order will come with costs. Please send back you’re not wanted articles as written before and place a new order through our webshop.

*Returns are always at your own risk. This means that you are responsible if the product is damaged or lost.
