How long is the guarantee on a product?

When you order something with BeauBags, you can rely upon it that it is a product of high quality. The legal warranty applies to every product, which entails that a product has to do or be what you as a customer can reasonably expect from it. That is why we work with the BeauBags warranty plan, which gives you the right to a warranty period of at least two years. Aside from the legal warranty there is also the factory warranty. The warranty term for every product is indicated on the website sorted by product level. 


BeauBags guarantees every item made by Filson. No more, no less. Filson believes in there products and stand by the quality of workmanship, craftsmanship and materials in each one. Filson guarantees the lifetime of each item against failure or damage in its intended usage.

Filson guarantee does not cover general wear and damage caused by accident or by using the item for other than its intended purpose. This includes animal damage, damage caused by mishandling via airline or third party shipping companies, extreme wear and third-party alterations made to the item. Likewise, fluctuating fit, abuse of product, and disregard for the product care instructions are not covered. 


All Knomo bags are guaranteed for two years after purchase. If you find a fault with your product within these periods, Knomo offers a free repair or replacement service.

KNOMO guarantees the original purchaser that products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is limited to the value of the Knomo product and is available to the original purchaser of the goods only. A proof of purchase is required. The warranty is not renewed after repair or replacement.

The warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse or neglect, accidents, normal wear and tear, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, or damage by common carrying. The warranty specifically excludes any claims for incidental or consequential damages in connection with the product. The warranty commences on the day of purchase, the warranty is NOT renewed upon repair or replacement of the product.

My product is defect, what should I do?
